(c) WarehouseItNow.com reserves the right to remove any warehouse (vendor) that violates any of our rules receives negative feedback or is not properly insured and can remove listings at our discretion. Any removals will be followed up with an email explaining our reasoning behind our action. (d) WarehouseItNow.com reserves the right to issue a charge back for any returned payments from our payment processing providers and or the result of an unsatisfied customer or unresolved disputes. Payment should be remitted within 7 days of request. (e) Payments are available for disbursement 7 business days after completion of services. If paypal payment method is selected disbursement will occur 7 business days after completion of services. If check payment is selected disbursement will be made on the first of every month for funds that have met the 7 business day waiting period. (f) All warehouse providers must be licensed and meet state and local bonding/insurance requirements. (g) Users conducting business with warehouseItNow.com absolve WarehouseItNow.com from any liability lawsuit or claim of any sort.
